  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

  • We strive for accuracy in menu descriptions and pricing. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it.

  • Orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and preparation times.

  • Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept major electronic payment methods as displayed at checkout.

  • By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the chosen method.

  • We are a cashless facility. All transactions must be completed electronically.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed if preparation has not yet begun.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, error, or violation of policies.

  • Promotions, coupons, and bundles are offered at our discretion and may be limited by time, quantity, or customer use.

  • Misuse of discounts (duplicate use, unauthorized sharing, etc.) may result in cancellation of the order.

  • Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless specifically stated.

  • Standard operating hours are Monday–Saturday, 12 PM – 8 PM and 10 PM – 1 AM.

  • Hours may change due to special events, holidays, or unexpected circumstances.

  • We reserve the right to close, adjust hours, or limit service without prior notice.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Engages in abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior.

  • Attempts fraud or violates these Terms.

  • Creates an unsafe or hostile environment for staff or other customers.

  • All content on this site—including logos, images, text, and media—is the property of Hotdog Palate, unless otherwise noted.

9. No Food Waste Policy & H.U.M.A.N. Initiative

  • Completed and properly prepared food orders cannot be returned or refunded due to the perishable nature of food.

  • We are committed to reducing food waste. Through our H.U.M.A.N. initiative (Humanity United Means Aiming for No-Hunger), we take steps to responsibly handle surplus food and support hunger relief efforts.

10. Social Media & Media Usage

By visiting our food truck, events, or related spaces, you may appear in photos or video recordings used for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, marketing, or advertising).

  • Participation in these spaces implies consent to incidental inclusion.

  • If you prefer not to appear, please let our staff know at the time.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Hotdog Palate is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
