Refund Policy

At Hotdog Palate, we work hard to ensure every order is fresh, accurate, and satisfying. While we value our customers, we also run on principles of fairness and sustainability. Please read the following carefully:
1. Order Issues
If you experience a problem with your order (missing items, incorrect preparation, or quality concerns), please notify us immediately:

We may request your order number, details of the issue, and, if applicable, photos to help us resolve the matter quickly.
2. Refunds & Replacements

Refunds and replacements are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

In some cases, we may provide a replacement meal, store credit, or discount toward a future purchase instead of a refund.

Please note: Completed and correctly prepared food orders cannot be returned or refunded due to the perishable nature of our products.
3. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, promotions, bundles, and discounts are non-refundable.

Coupons and promo codes are limited-use only. Attempts to misuse or exceed limits will not be honored.
4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order by contacting us directly.

Once food preparation has begun, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
5. Our Commitments & Limits

Cashless Facility – We accept card and mobile payments only. No exceptions.

No Terminal Fees – Unlike other businesses, we never pass payment processing fees to our customers.

Right to Refuse Service – We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or dishonest behavior.

Customer Accountability – We value fairness. Mistakes happen, but attempts to exploit our policies or “game the system” will not be tolerated.

No Food Waste – As part of our H.U.M.A.N. initiative (Humanity United Means Aiming for No-Hunger), we prioritize reducing food waste. Refunds are not a way to “sample and return.”
