Nehal Abdullahi is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Hotdog Palate, overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, internal systems, and organizational infrastructure. In this role, Nehal ensures that operational strategy is translated into practical execution—supporting compliance, efficiency, and long-term scalability.

Beyond core operations, Nehal leads the company’s people operations, systems development, and technology alignment, providing cross-functional oversight that strengthens internal communication, workforce readiness, and digital processes. Rather than separating these responsibilities into multiple titles, Nehal’s leadership is unified through an operational lens that prioritizes structure, clarity, and accountability.

As Co-Founder, Nehal was instrumental in building the company’s internal framework, including policies, workflows, and operational standards.
